There was no consistent messaging coming from Crown College for their on-campus programs.
I developed new language around "Going Deeper" that summarized the distinct advantage of attending Crown.
Crown College was going through an identity crisis. Students continually reported that the most unique benefit of attending Crown was "amazing community."
Similarly, the small size of Crown meant less diverse opportunities, but also meant strong, personal connections with faculty.
A new theme surfaced. Students coming to Crown could get as much, if not more, out of the college compared to other places. It was up to them if they wanted to go deeper.
This launched unified language for the on-campus programs. Going Deeper spurred on a revived sense of identity in the college and created meaningful messaging in Crown's outbound marketing initiatives.
Overall, combined with other efforts, the college increased enrollement by 20% year-over-year.
